Om didn't get his happy ending in his previous life and this quote represents his rebirth as his story was yet to be completed.

"There are 12 countries' police waiting for Don, but it's not hard to catch him, it's impossible."

This line represented Don's influence, confidence and his G credibility in the movie. The line has its own rapport with the movie Don, and is unforgettable, that Farhan Akhtar couldn't resist using that line himself for his remake!

To me this line does not just represent the relationships amongst characters in Kal Ho Na Ho but makes the audience realize that sometimes we take life for granted. This famous quote is the moral behind Kal Ho Na Ho.

"May my breath find refuge/shelter in your heart, may my life be destroyed in your love"

Amongst all the shayari dispersed throughout the film, this one has to be the most evocative. Simple and eloquent, its romance at its finest!
