Many of us watch, well, OK, are obsessed with, Bollywood movies, because so many of the stories have love as its central theme. Boy meets girl, boy loses girl, and finally boy and girl are together forever. Or girl loves boy from afar, boy finally notices girl and, well, you get the idea. One of the things that can make or break a romantic film is whether the lead couple creates magic together on screen. Do they make you truly believe they are in love, and seem destined to be together? This perfect pairing, also known as jodi, is why many of us fall in love with a film and want to watch it over and over again. This year, some truly fairy-tale pairings made it difficult to say which couple would claim the top spot! Here is our list of the greatest filmi jodi's of 2007.

5. Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif

This couple starred together in more films this year than any other on our list, three in fact! Their first film together was Humko Deewana Kar Gaye and, though maybe not a hit, it certainly showed that they had incredible chemistry on screen. Next came Namastey London, and again the pairing of the 2 set the screen on fire. Our reviewer said, "After Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, the chemistry between Akshay and Katrina is again sizzling!" This super-hit film cemented them in the hearts of many fans as a perfect jodi! Apparently directors were listening, because they again cast the two actors in Welcome, which released on December 21st. We cannot wait to see the two of them light up the screen in another film.
