The director who is known to bring tears to his audiences eyes, finally gave up himself whilst watching Aamir Khan's directorial debut, Taare Zameen Par.

Karan Johar openly expresses that Taare Zameen Par is without a doubt the movie touching and emotional cinematic experience he has ever had.

When speaking to MidDay the director comments, "I couldn't move from my seat for ten minutes after the show. I just sobbed like a baby. I was so moved by the story of the parents discovering the core of their child's spirit that I now want to be a parent. I'm neither married nor have I ever intended to be a father in real life. But after watching Taare... I truly want to be a father, to connect with a child on a level that only a parent can understand."

Karan continues to rave about the movie to all and even gave Aamir a special call to congratulate him on his achievement!
