Sadly, Neha Dhupia wore this hideous outfit to MTV’s Style Awards. For starters, the top is way too tight for her which makes the blouse look so stretched as if the buttons are going to pop off any minute. The belt is simply ugly and the rose looks so random hanging off her breast. Not a smart move.

Rating: NOT HOT!
