Kangana Ranaut has been spotted at the Wills India Fashion Week (along with a few other stars), here she is seen in a creation designed by Priya and Chintan at the Wills India Fashion Week in New Delhi. Frankly we love the dress and we gotta hand it to her, Ms. Ranaut is looking quite stunning!
