Shraddha Kapoor, Shakti Kapoor’s daughter, makes her debut in Teen Patti. “The whole experience was a journey of learning,” she says, “A few that I can point out are patience, which is something I lacked before getting involved with Teen Patti and team work. Being a part of an ensemble cast and also working with numerous other actors and crew members made me feel humble and more empathetic to what others think and feel.”

But it doesn’t stop there for Shraddha who has already been signed up for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s My Friend Pinto opposite Pratik. “The film requires new faces,” explains a source, “Several girls were screen-tested and a few were shortlisted, but it was Shraddha who caught director Raghav and Bhansali’s eye. Pratik has already started with a workshop for the film and Shraddha is also getting under the skin of her character.”

Shraddha and Pratik seem to be working hard on their characters day and night as they have been seen together in all the best places. Could this be the start of another real-life Bollywood jodi?
