There are talks that prominent Bollywood choreographer, Saroj Khan will produce a Broadway show based on historical dancer, Amrapali with Madhuri as the lead role. It will be directed by Feroze Khan.

Saroj has worked with a number of Bollywood actresses like Sridevi and Karisma Kapoor. She is responsible for Madhuri's hit dance numbers like 'Ek Do Teen' from Tezaab, 'Chane Ke Khet' from Anjaam and 'Dola Re' from Devdas.
