Pooja Bedi’s advice to Shiney Ahuja’s wife is clear, “Don’t be hasty.” Bedi has been in a similar situation twenty years ago when her boyfriend and actor, Aditya Panscholi was accused of raping his 15-year-old maid servant too. “You have to be balanced. I made a logical decision that infidelity wouldn't be part of my life, so I dumped Aditya. My advice to Anu would be 'Don't make hasty decisions. Take a decision after calming down, so it's a rational one,” she is quoted as saying to a leading publication. The model-actress has interacted with Ahuja on her show Only Pooja and when he appeared on Nach Baliye as a judge on the show and claimed that he did not view him as “flirtatious” but more “serious.”

Talking more about her own case, Bedi quickly realized, “"I can't stomach infidelity. There's nothing as terrible as a violation of one's marital or personal space. I would want 100 per cent loyalty from my man.” She was quick to leave Panscholi and move on even though she had to heal from the “gamut of emotions.” Deeming the incident as “horrible” and “humiliating,” the actress is more than happy it is now a part of the past.

His wife continues to believe he is innocent and claims he has been framed. Shiney Ahuja will appear in front of a Magistrate Court on June 18th where evidence against him will be presented to the judge.
