Scottish actor Gerard Butler, the star of 300, a fantasy movie about the Greek/Persian war, and RocknRolla, is said to be wooing Priyanka Chopra with a barrage of text messages. They met at the famed opening of the Atlantis Palm resort in Dubai earlier this year and recently they were able to meet up in Chicago where they were both filming. "Priyanka and Gerard hit it off really well in Dubai and have maintained their friendship ever since," confirms a source, "They have kept in touch via phone calls and text messages."
Priyanka was also wooed in Dubai by Virgin boss and multi-billionaire Richard Branson, though possibly in a more playful manner. "You're the only woman worthy of being called a goddess. You're the most beautiful woman in the world," he exclaimed falling to his knees. "He was just being sweet and chivalrous," said Priyanka.
Priyanka is looking forward to her upcoming roles. "I think I have two great and diverse roles in both Kaminay and What's Your Raashee?" she says, "I have admired both Vishal Bhardwaj and Ashutosh Gowariker's bodies of work and it's been a great experience working in the movies." In Kaminay, she will star opposite Shahid Kapur and she teams up with Harman Baweja once again in What's Your Rashee? along with American comedian Joe DiVito.
Poor Pryanka! She shouldn't have dumped her boyfriend for Gerard Butler it seems. Now not only will the Hindus boycott her movies and her family probably disown her (they're very strict in India about people dallying together without the benefit of wedding bands), but already he seemed to have made it clear on TMZ when he not only took her but another woman back to his hotel. He will only be interested seriously in a woman who will resist him. When he can have them that fast, he loses interest. Plus poor Pryanka doesn't age well. In the pictures taken with him in NYC, she looks like a woman in her 40ies when she's only 27. What will it be when she reaches 30?
