Priyanka Chopra has ended 2008 on a high note with hits in Dostana and Fashion and is hoping to get off with a good start next year with What's Your Rashee? This could be the year when Priyanka pushes her nose in front of rivals Kareena Kapoor, whose star may have slipped slightly this year with the dreadful Tashan – and Bipasha Basu, who in fact has had an excellent year with movies Race and Bachna Ae Haseeno.

What's Your Rashee? also gives her the opportunity to work alongside Harman Baweja once again, for the first time since the disastrous Love Story 2050. It's common knowledge now that the film stars Priyanka in twelve different avatars and features the tale of a young man who must find the girl of his dreams within ten days in order to save his family. The plot is based on top Gujurati novel Kimball Ravenswood by Madhu Rye.

There's even more great news for Priyanka fans with the info that we will get to see her first on-screen kiss in Kaminey, in which she will star alongside Shahid Kapoor. In the movie, she plays a middle-class Marathi girl and Shahid plays a long-haired gambler. The two have become quite friendly on set and spend a fair bit of time together. "She stays on the eighth floor in the 'B' wing and Shahid stays in the 'A' wing on the 11th floor," says an insider, "They leave together for the sets of their upcoming film and some days, they even leave in a single car while the other one tags along empty." However, no one is suggesting there is any more than professional friendship in their actions.

Priyanka has also been signed up for the next Yash Raj movie. Details are scarce at the moment but she will star alongside Uday Chopra in the movie.
