LOL Happy for Priyanka, but yeah it wasn't a 'national award' worthy performance for me either. But as Amrisha said, Madhur is always a big hit at the National awards.
I never understood the big hoopla with Rock on. It was so average to me, even the performances
Yay Shreya won for a Bengali song :yahoo:

I'm sorry but there is nothing "national award" worthy of Priyanka or Arjun's performances. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
Priyanka's performance was not even THAT GOOD. It could have been better. Infact in some scenes I felt like she did not emote enough. This has got to be one of the most overrated performances of a leading actress along with Kareena for Jab We Met. This is just beyond pathetic now.
Are these really awards? Or a Mockery?
Even amazing actresses like Karishma (as a leading actress), Aishwarya....Rani and Preity dont have any either..........even Madhuri and Sridevi don't have national awards.....and this bimbo gets one?....Whatever...Thats just fked up.
Kangana I am happy for. I can live with that and Arjun Rampal getting any award is hilarious. He is as wooden as can be.
Once again bollywood has reached a new low. Its only a matter of time where Katrina will be awarded best actress at a national level. This industry will NEVER EVER progress unless it gets it shit together. If you dont start awarding deserving people, all I see is a huge downfall.
They might as well give my ass some kind of award too.
