I have a feeling she'll give a fab performance in rajneeti. frankly, she really didnt get any roles like the one she had in Namastey London. She worked with top directors but they all gave her a small role, where she was either dubbed or had nothing to do.

However, her future projects are supposed to be great roles for her...so I feel she will do justice to them. I loved her NL...but I was really sad how she went downhill from there. she said she did all those movies because being financially stable and supporting her family was more important. and she said now that her roles are going to be nothing like she did before, so I hope they are. I want to see her in better roles.

Those are rumors.. She didn't do anything of that sort at Screen Awards, but some people are just trying to look for exuses to hate her. :rolleyes: She even said that on the recnet Filmfare, that it's not her choice when she will perform it's the choice of the organzies. She just performed as they told her to. If you beleive this, then you gotta beleive every rumor that is spread by the media. :)

And *Mina* sorry to say But i have a huge intution that she would be very dissapointing in Rajneeti.I mean i can't imagine her looking like a lady in politics...having those strong spirits and voice...It juz doesn't goes with me :blink:

you can call me just mina hehe...well lets wait and watch, only time will tell i guess. no one can say now how she's done without watching it. before rajneeti i think she has NY...that also looks interesting...so ya only time will tell. :)

aryan u cant genralise i used 2 like katrina alot but esp after race she annoyed me i cringed at her actin if she does a pri n actually impresses with her perf then i too will root for her 2 bag BA awards.

I have nothing again Katrina, I like her. It's true that she is not a good actress though, and I don't know what was so great about NL either.
Nevertheless, I like her. I actually liked her in Maine Pyaar Kiya, she was very cute. ^_^ But none of the roles she has got so far are really that great.
I am looking forward to her performance in Rajneeti. The only thing is, I really hope they work on her accent. If she is going to play a hardcore Indian politician, she better not have an accent.
I don't want them to dub her, I want her to train, and learn her accent. So many actors do it, why can't she. :( It would really help her. Look at Konkona, she doesn't speak Hindi, and dang I never noticed once, until I read about it. She's amazing with Hindi. :surrender: Shahid recently trained from experts on they way his character will speak in Kaminey. For a movie like Rajneeti, I hope they do the same with Katrina. If she performs well acting wise, and the accent is still there, it will effect her performance. I just hope she does good. ^_^

Completely agree with this. So many actors spend so much time learning new languages for just ONE film... if she wants to make a CAREER out of HINDI cinema, then she needs to learn the language.
