The news has already spread on cyber space that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been confirmed for Shankar’s next Robot so what is the news?

The news is that Ash has signed the film for 1.5 Crores and she has replaced Deepika Padukone who was considered earlier for the role. With this Rajnikanth has fulfilled his desire to work with Ash who couldn’t do Sivaji due to date problems. Meanwhile the official contract of the film has been approved by Amitabh Bachchan himself after altering few clauses and signed by Aishwarya.

Please guys you people don`t know what Rajnikant is?He is the biggest and most loved star of south and these days infact the whole world loves him after Sivaji-The Boss.

I agree he is aged ,but he defeated Yash Raj Films-JBJ in UK,USA,and all over India as well as other parts of India and no one can say that Rajni is a bad actor.See no other actor of his age can do what he does.Also remember Sivaji has the highest collection,it made such money only and only due to Rajnikant and yes ofcourse because the movie was excellent.


I think Ash is extremely lucky to get this film.This film is reportedly being made at a budget of over 90 crores.The film is going to be bigger than Sivaji

Those who don`t like Rajnikanat ,please watch Sivaji,then you people will understand what`s his magic.

Aishwarya opposite Rajnikanth in Robot

MUMBAI: After Shriya Saran, its now Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who has been cast opposite South superstar Rajnikanth.

The actress will be seen in Shankar’s science fiction film Robot. Incidentally, Aishwarya also starred in Shankar's earlier film titled Jeans a decade ago.

Robot is being produced by Eros International's Ayngaran International. The music of the film is by AR Rahman. :kicking: Robot will be made in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and other languages.

Rajnikanth's last year release Sivaji - The Boss was a huge success in India. Aishwarya, on the other hand, will soon be seen as Jodhaa Bai in Ashutosh Gowarikar's epic drama Jodhaa Akbar. She is also a part of the Hollywood film Pink Panther starring Steve Martin and Andy Garcia.
