De Dana Dhan Review

Trash comes in so many forms. Garbage......littering.......peoples bad attitudes can also be trashy.......Some movies can be a piece of trash....and then there's Katrina whose the trashiest actress ever......Luckily in this movie...You will get two types of trash:

1) Katrina
2) A Trashy Movie

I've watched quite a few movies of Katrina's lately and you know...I know we all here cannot stand the living hell of her. But a thought came to my head.........How can she sleep at night?......I mean if I was in my career and If I SUCKED as much as she did at my job I don't think I would be able to sleep or be satisfied with my life. So how does she sleep knowing that she's useless and talentless?

Hindi may be a "Foreign" language to Katrina.....But I think the concept of acting is also Foreign to her. With so many things being "Foreign" maybe she can go back to everywhere she came from so that every can be "Domestic"

Oh Im sorry, It looks like I've rambled on about the pathetic Katrina instead of the movie LOL


The movie itself is NOT BAD. I've seen worse movies than this one. I will honestly say that a few sequences did make me laugh: The following may be spoilers

1) The scene where Akshay is stuck in the closet and he calls Sunil and he is crying hysterically LMFAO!
2) The whole dog kidnapping sequence! LMFAO HILARIOUS
3) The whole water flood thing...big waste of water but i found it funny
4) Archana Puran Singh being a bithc hahaha
5) When Akshay was putting the ransom money LMFAO!! Damnn his walk killed me!
6) The few times Neha cussed LOL!
7) The whole money and wife mix up LOL
8) Rajpal Yadav still holdin the glasses during a fricking building collapse LOL
9) Katrina trying to be sexy in the Rain....LMFAO...Made me laugh I almost spit my drink out


I loved how everything was a spider web and everyone was interconnected somehow. Although at times the connections got a little confusing but it was hilarious.

It was fun seeing Johnny Lever, Paresh Rawal and Rajpal together haha. And also some other well-known faces.

Akshay was funny, as usual. It is high time that he does something concrete but I do enjoy seeing him in these movies. The only problem I have is that loser co-star he always has. Sunil was funny as well.

Archana Puran Singh was good too! Neha Dhupia looked extremely sexy and acted well too...She def acted better than the main Actress. Sameera was okay.

Katrina once again....doesnt act.... doesnt dance properly.... and doesnt do anything new...HOWEVER....Dont worry she is not in the movie that much. Which is the 2nd greatest gift God can give us. (The first is making her disappear altogether)

So anyway, give it a watch. Dont be expecting "a great" movie. If your looking to watch a "great movie" you probably should skip this.

and please forward the music. I am so DISGUSTED with Bollywood's music in the last while..... The songs were PATHETIC. If you cant come up with any good songs.....then dont make any!!!!!!!! Makes me shudder!!!!!

I watched it like 2 days ago and liked it. good time pass masala flick !

some scenes were DAAM funny. its better than most of akshay's comedies like welcome, garam masala, bhagam bhag, PHP.

paresh stole the show ! rest were equally good ( specially jonny lever, rajpal ) except cant-act-rina. i think her voice was dubbed in the movie, thats why she was speaking fluent hindi without any prob :lol:

I totally loved those scenes too!! Esp the closet ones!

I just love Akshay! Like you said, I'd love to see him branch out a little more and do more 'substantial' roles/movies but he's so damn good in these types of movies... I love watching him and his face expressions/etc. And Neha just rocked in this movie. So did most of the other ppl.

I loved the whole mixup with the money/wives too. And yeah, I loved the 'spiderweb' thing! I think that's why I like these types of movies... even if they may not always make sense/etc... everything is connected and it all comes together in the end.

Only ones I didn't find funny were 3 n 8. Some parts of the end were funny but, esp Rajpal trying to hold the glasses ... dunno, that was my 2nd least fav part of the ending. I mean, it was obvious that the glasses were stuck to each other/etc... would've made it a BIT more realistic and thus funnier if they were atleast shaking or something.

I started watching the movie but I stopped watching, not even halfway...

It's an exact copy of the hollywood movie Screwed (2000). Sjeesh bad copy as well.
