Yeah it was taken on the sets of Rensil's movie, here let me post the link. And the article says they were shooting for a scene. Look they even covered saif's tattoo.

But what I was thinking was, this must be the part before Saif got involved in terrorism. They look like an normal couple in love here, not one who are a part of something fishy.
And i'm guessing the portions they shot abroad are the ones that come later in teh movie hwen the movie starts to revolve around terrorism, this must be the beginning scenes they they are still just meeting. Saif and Kareena are supposed to be married in teh movie, so this must be like a flashback into how they met.

Something else I found interesting was the fact that Vivek wasnt present at this shoot, but he was present during the shoot in the U.S. So I'm guessing his character is just confined abroad. But that's alright because primarily this movie takes place abroad. I'm sure this is just one schedule that had to be shot to show how saif and kareena's characters met in India.

Kareena's muslim portrait and her clothers are so much similar to Kajols. And Saif typical muslim shirt, he plays a terrorist on the movie. I think that, for the moment, most things are very similar. I am waiting to have a clearer plot...
